El Tribunal Administrativo de Antioquia revocó la medida cautelar que existía sobre la obra.

Sigue el ‘tira y afloje’ entre la alcaldía de Envigado y los colectivos ambientales por las obras de Metroplús en el tramo 2B, que pasa por el llamado ‘Túnel Verde’ de este municipio del sur del Valle de Aburrá.

Después de que a mediados de febrero el Consejo de Estado ordenara suspender las obras, este sábado 6 de marzo se reanudaron los trabajos gracias a que el Tribunal Administrativo de Antioquia revocara esta medida cautelar.

El alcalde de Envigado, Braulio Espinosa y el Gerente (e) del Metroplús, Samir Alonso Murillo, celebraron la decisión  e indicaron que esta obra “aportará a una movilidad inteligente, sostenible, incluyente, segura y amigable con el medio ambiente”.

De igual forma, el mandatario local aseguró que la administración municipal sembró 113 árboles en la zona de influencia indirecta cumpliendo con lo dispuesto en la Resolución 740 de 2019.Asimismo, indicó que se sembrarán los 173 árboles restantes en la zona de influencia directa para un total de 286 árboles en el corredor.

“Este es un anuncio muy importante para los ciudadanos, el mensajes es que entre todos nos apoyemos y construyamos la ciudad que queremos, que no se apruebe esta medida cautelar nos permite reiniciar las obras que estaban suspendidas; además, el 60% de los árboles de esta importante vía se conservan”, manifestó Espinosa.

Por su parte, el gerente (e) de Metroplús expresó que “con este fallo le podemos dar continuidad a una obra que le va a traer desarrollo al sur de Valle de Aburrá y a la comunidad del municipio de Envigado.”
