A partir del 22 de agosto, iniciarán cierres de carriles en la calle 12 sur, sector fábrica de licores de Antioquia

Con el propósito de dar continuidad a los procesos constructivos del proyecto  Metroplús en la calle 12 Sur, a la altura del puente que cruza el río Medellín, durante cuatro meses se realizarán los siguientes cierres parciales:

  • Reducción a un carril de la calle 11 Sur en el cruce con la carrera 50C (lazo que conecta a la Autopista Sur, con Calle 12 Sur, hasta empalmarla)
  • Reducción de la calzada norte (hacia Av 80) de la calle 12 Sur en sector Fábrica de Licores de Antioquia (FLA).
  • Reducción de la calzada sur (hacia La Aguacatala) de la calle 12 Sur, sector FLA.

Sobre la calle 11 Sur se va a cerrar la calzada que lleva de la Autopista Sur a la calle 12 Sur, igualmente se dejará solo un carril saliendo de la calle 11 Sur a la calle 12 Sur.

En la calzada norte de calle 12 Sur el tráfico va a ser redirigido hacia la vía de servicio al costado norte, allí tendrán disponibles tres carriles de circulación. En la calzada sur se mantendrán dos carriles hasta llegar a la bifurcación que divide la vía a La Aguacatala de la que lleva a la Autopista Sur.

¿Por qué es necesaria esta modificación vial?Este plan de manejo de tránsito será implementado para realizar la demolición y reconstrucción de la canalización y cobertura de la quebrada La Jabalcona, esta intervención permitirá unas especificaciones técnicas superiores, ya que en este sitio se construirá la estación de integración de Metroplús con Metro y el futuro sistema vial de la Av. 80.

Medidas a tener en cuenta

Por actividades de excavaciones en el proyecto se recomienda a los conductores reducir la velocidad para evitar accidentes.

A los peatones que hagan uso del paradero ubicado en la calle 12 Sur, entre la carrera 50Cy 50E (frente a la estación de servicio) se les informa que éste será trasladado en la acera de este lugar.

Se recomienda no parquear en las zonas prohibidas evitando comparendos de la Secretaría de Movilidad
